The New York Giants lead the Pittsburgh Steelers, 14-10, at halftime of Sunday's game. This has been a game that the Steelers have controlled everywhere except on the scoreboard.
Pittsburgh leads the time of possession, 19:43 to 10:17. The Steelers have outgained the Giants, 197 total yards to 97. Eli Manning of the Giants is only 4-of-12 for 60 yards with an interception, while Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger is 12-of-18 for 97 yards and a touchdown.
The Giants have gotten a touchdown on a 1-yard run by Andre Brown after a couple of questionable penalties on the steelers kept the Giants drive alive, including one in the end zone. The Giants also got a 70-yard fumble return from Michael Boley when the ball slipped out of Roethlisberger's hands.
The Giants need more consistent offense in the second half. They also need to get control of the Pittsburgh running game. Isaac Redman has 87 yards on only 14 carries.
