Until Ahmad Bradshaw fumbled with about 11 minutes left in the second quarter Sunday's New York Gianty-Dallas Cowboys game was about as much fun as you can have as a Giants' fan.
The Giants built a 23-0 lead thanks to three Tony Romo interceptions, one returned for a touchdown by Jason Pierre-Paul. Bradshaw's fumble seemed to put life back into the Cowboys, who scored the final 10 points of the half. The Giants lead at the half, 23-10, with Dallas getting the ball to open the third quarter.
Eli Manning is only 8-of-18 for 106 yards for the Giants, who three times have had to settle for Lawrence Tynes' field goals.
Bradshaw has 10 carries for only 30 yards.
Romo is 13-of-26 for 187 yards and the three picks.
Having built that 23-0 lead this is a game the Giants need to close. The opening drive of the third quarter provides Dallas a chance to creep closer, and the Giants a chance to re-establish control of the game.
