Giants’ injury report, 12/30: CB Janoris Jenkins officially questionable

Big Blue relatively healthy entering final game of regular season

New York Giants v Washington Redskins

The New York Giants have a relatively short injury list heading into Sunday’s regular-season finale against the Washington Redskins, with only safety Nat Berhe (concussion) and defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul (core muscle) officially declared out. Neither has played in several weeks.

The Giants are listing Pro Bowl cornerback Janoris Jenkins as questionable with a back injury. Jenkins was injured two weeks ago against the Detroit Lions and did not play last Thursday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Also questionable are linebacker B.J. Goodson (concussion), cornerback Coty Sensabaugh (ankle) and tight end Jerell Adams (shoulder).

Coach Ben McAdoo said this week that he won’t rest his starters on Sunday. He reiterated that on Friday in a chat with Michael Eisen of Giants.com.

“You have 53 players that can play in a game. You have 46 that you can dress. You have to go play. You might as well prepare well, play well and win the game,” McAdoo said.
