Cornerback Janoris Jenkins, suffering what has only been described as a painful brusied back, has officially been listed as questionable by the New York Giants for Thursday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Giants (10-4) can clinch a playoff berth with a win over the 5-9 Eagles. If they reach the playoffs, that would be the first time since 2011.

Jenkins left Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions after being kneed in the back by teammate Trevin Wade while both were trying to make a play. Linebacker and defensive captain Jonathan Casillas is also listed as questionable with a knee injury.

The only Giants who definitely will not play are defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul (core muscle surgery) and safety Nat Berhe, who has not played since Week 12 after suffering his second concussion of the season.

Earlier this week, the Giants put running back Shane Vereen (triceps) and backup quarterback Ryan Nassib (right elbow) on injured reserve.
