New York Giants’ cornerback Eli Apple is questionable to return against the Cleveland Browns with what the team says is a cramp. Apple left the field and returned to the locker room after the Giants’ defense returned to the sideline.

Safety Nat Berhe and linebacker Mark Herzlich both exited Sunday’s game with concussions. Both were injured on special teams, Berhe covering the Giants’ second-quarter kickoff after their first touchdown of the game and Herzlich trying to down a fourth-quarter punt. Neither will return.

It’s the second concussion Berhe has suffered this season. He was sidelined for over a month after his first concussion and there should be serious concern about his future at this point.

Odell Beckham Jr. also left Sunday’s game at the end of the first-quarter with a thumb injury. Beckham winced in pain and immediately headed toward the sideline after a picking up a first-down. He has since returned.
