NFL: New York Giants at Chicago Bears Jeffrey Becker-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Giants got out to their fourth straight 0-2 start to a season when they fell 17-13 to the Chicago Bears. Of course, losing one game is hardly the biggest loss on the Giants’ minds at the moment — that dubious honor belongs to Saquon Barkley who suffered a torn ACL at the start of the second quarter.

While we — and the Giants — are still coming to grips with the loss, the NFL schedule rolls on. But before we can completely turn the page to the Giants’ week 3 match-up against the San Francisco 49ers, we need to go back and dive into the tape from the Giants’ loss to the Bears.

What went right, what went wrong in Chicago?

In this podcast

  • Can Dion Lewis step up at running back?
  • Daniel Jones needs to clean up his process
  • Can the offensive line come together?
  • The Giants’ struggles in run defense
  • The defense can’t seem to string together good plays
  • James Bradberry played great
