The New York Giants started off the third day of the 2020 NFL Draft by making the surprising selection of cornerback Darnay Holmes out of UCLA. Holmes hadn’t been a big name throughout the 2020 draft process, but he is a smart and aggressive player with good ball skills at the catch point.
The Chris and Joe Show has been taking advantage of the post-draft down time to break down the Giants’ 2020 draft class, and now it’s time to talk about Holmes.
In This Podcast
- Holmes’ measureables
- What are Holmes’ strengths in pass coverage
- What are his weaknesses?
- How can Holmes improve at the NFL Level?
- What are a realistic ceiling and floor for Holmes?
