Giants sign 10 players to reserve/futures contracts

All were members of the team’s practice squad

It is likely the smallest news of a busy first day of the 2024 offseason for the New York Giants, but the team on Monday announced the signings of 10 players to reserve/futures contracts for the 2024 season.

The 10 players are:

RB Deon Jackson
WR Dennis Houston
OT Yodny Cajuste
OT Joshua Miles
G Jalen Mayfield
DT Ryder Anderson
LB Dyontae Johnson
LB Jeremiah Martin
DB Kaleb Hayes
DB Stantley Thomas-Oliver

All 10 players were on the Giants’ practice squad when the 2023-24 season concluded.

Jackson played in one game for the Giants after being claimed on waivers from the Cleveland Browns. He had one carry for 2 yards.

Miles was signed off the Atlanta Falcons practice squad, but never appeared in a game.

Mayfield, a 2021 third-round pick by the Falcons. played in three games for the Giants after originally being signed to the practice squad.

Anderson played in seven games for the Giants in 2022, but spent all of this season on the practice squad.

Cajuste was elevated for Sunday’s season finale. He was a third-round pick by the New England Patriots in 2019.
