The 5-11 New York Giants aim to finish the 2023-24 NFL season on a high note Sunday, upsetting the favored Philadelphia Eagles and denying them any chance to win their second consecutive NFC East title.

The Giants have been dominated by the Eagles in recent years, and have lost to Philadelphia five consecutive times. The Eagles need a victory Sunday and a Washington Commanders’ upset of the Dallas Cowboys to win the division.

The Giants currently sit No. 5 in the 2024 NFL Draft order. If they upset the Eagles, they could fall as low as No. 8. If they lose, they could rise as high as No. 2 overall if the Commanders, New England Patriots and Arizona Cardinals — currently above them in the draft order — all win their season finales.

Weather promises to be a factor, with a mix of rain and snow expected throughout the day in the East Rutherford, N.J. area.
