The Giants have spent years trying to rebuild this OL with guys who have no proven experience truly building an OL and developing players. The guys we’ve brought in are guys with NFL experience period, good enough to get here and hop around endlessly.

This team needs someone who knows how to develop players, Mike Munchak is one such proven guy and he’s unemployed.

Pay whatever it takes to bring Munchak in. As a former Steeler Mara likely holds him in high regard already, just pay the man and fix this problem already! It might take 2-3 years, but it will be done for certain.
