Finally got around to watching film on Darrian Beavers.I'm wondering how this kid was so little known. Very solid, versatile LB. Can play inside , outside or Edge. Sheds blocks well and has good recognition to shoot gaps. Also very aware in underneath zone coverage. He isn't going to run with a slot or a quick TE but he is an old school downhill player that should push Crowder early on for playing time. He looks kind of slow but somehow he covers a lot of ground. Maybe because of his size and long legs and long strides or maybe because of his instincts. If Shoen hit on any of the later picks I think it's this guy .
