Good morning, New York Giants fans!
Jones’ 122 rushing yards trail only Lamar Jackson and Jalen hurts among quarterbacks.
Engram has never said anything disparaging about the organization or fans, but it’s clear he hears the noise. He was booed at the Giants’ one open practice of training camp, so how can he not?
“I just want to win,” Engram said. “I’m not worried about any words outside of this building. All the opinions I care about are in this building and my family’s. I come to work every day and on Sunday I’m going to go out there and compete.”
The Giants are off to an 0-2 start for the fifth straight season. Only Engram and receiver Sterling Shepard have been a part of all five, none of which resulted in a playoff berth. Since 2017, the Giants are 14-36 (.389) when Engram plays and 4-12 (.333) when he does not.
Details? Or offsides penalties?
Granted, Landry also once called himself the best receiver in football.
