Wide receiver Kenny Golladay left Tuesday's New York Giants practice with an apparent hamstring injury.
Tuesday was the team's first practice in full pads.
On the first play of a 7-on-7 drill, Golladay dropped a pass from Daniel Jones, grabbed his left hamstring, left the field and went inside with a trainer.
This is obviously a fluid situation and we don’t yet have all — or many — details. The injury doesn’t appear to be a contact injury and he is able to move toward the sideline before walking inside under his own power.
Hopefully the injury is minor and Golladay will be able to return to the field quickly. The Giants are obviously planning on their prize free agent acquisition being a major part of an expanded passing offense.
However, patience is also important as hamstring injuries can be notoriously tricky.
Stay with Big Blue View as we get more details.
