As always, the New York Giants will end their preseason in classic New York vs. Boston fashion with their annual game against the New England Patriots.
This year’s preseason game between the two teams will be a bit different form previous years, as its expected to be the “dress rehearsal” for the regular season opener. In previous years, the final preseason game was a showcase for the back end of the roster — a chance for players fighting for a roster spot to show what they can do. This time, we’re expecting the starters to play the first half before their night is over.
Making things even more interesting, the Giants had a week of joint practices against the Patriots. So what are we looking for as we get to see our first real glimpse of the 2021 Giants?
In this podcast
- How much will we see of the starters?
- Can the OL rebound from shaky practices?
- How do the Giants respond to New England’s quarterbacks?
- Can the front 7 show up against the Patriots’ OL?
