The start of the new league year is fast approaching, and with it the start of the NFL’s free agency period. The start of free agency is always a mad scrum as rumors fly around the media and twitterverse.
Free agency is targeted as one of the avenues through which the New York Giants could improve their offense. This year features a strong class of wide receivers, which fits well with the Giants’ need for a true “Number One” receiver. Could the Giants swing for one of the top free agents in the class, or could they look for values with a less expensive player? Or could the Giants look at another offensive position apart from wide receiver?
In this podcast
- Is there anywhere else to look besides wide receiver?
- Who are the big-ticket names to be aware of?
- Could the Giants find a gem in the mid-tier of free agents?
- Which low-cost free agents could we see the Giants target?
