The New York Giants have already made their first move of the 2021 free agency period, tagging defensive lineman Leonard Williams. That move is going to have profound implications on their salary cap, as well as their approach to the upcoming free agency period.

This year’s class of defensive free agents promises to be an intriguing one. We could see some top-tier pass rushers hit the market this year, with players like Bud Dupree and Haason Reddick potentially on the move.

Joe DeLeone, Nick Falato, and I take a look at this year’s class of defensive free agents and see where the value may lie for the Giants.

In this podcast

  • The Giants cap situation after tagging Leonard Williams
  • Which high-priced free agents do we hope to see in Blue?
  • Could the Giants have reunions with some former players?
  • Which low-cost free agents could be values for the Giants?
