NFL: New York Giants at Cincinnati Bengals Joseph Maiorana-USA TODAY Sports

Coming into the 2020 NFL season, it was expected that the tight ends would be the strength of the New York Giants offense. After all, Evan Engram would surely benefit from Jason Garrett and Kaden Smith was one of the really pleasant surprises from the 2019 season.

Things didn’t really turn out that way.

Instead, the Giants’ offense struggled and the tight end position disappointed, all the more so thanks to the expectations built up over the off-season. So where do things stand now, and what does the future look like at the position?

In this podcast

  • What happened with Evan Engram?
  • What about Kaden Smith and Levine Toilolo?
  • What does the future of the position look like for 2021?
  • Could the Giants draft a tight end in the 2021 NFL Draft?
