Good morning, New York Giants fans!

WR Kadarius Toney: This was a great performance by Daniel Jones

“That was a great performance by Daniel. Nobody in the locker room doubts him no matter what — like what if he’s having a good game or a bad game — there’s never no doubt there.”

When asked if this was the “most fun” he’s had so far: “The most fun is every day in the locker room with those guys. Talking to Coach Judge every day, him giving me pointers on what to do ... That’s the most joy I probably have, just getting acclimated to the game. I’m learning from everybody around me.”

NFL Week 4 grades: Cowboys get an ‘A-’ for beating undefeated Panthers, Titans get a ‘D’ for stunning loss

B+

This game was the Daniel Jones show for New York. The Giants quarterback threw for a career-high 402 yards and New York needed every single one of them. Jones completed two touchdown passes of more than 50 yards with the biggest one coming in the fourth quarter on a 52-yard scoring throw to Saquon Barkley. Jones led the Giants to scores on each of their final three possessions of the game, which allowed New York to steal the win in New Orleans. The Giants got some surprising performances, especially at receiver where rookie Kadarius Toney (6 catches, 78 yards) and John Ross (3 catches, 77 yards, 1 TD) both had big days.

NFL Week 4 takeaways - What we learned, big reaction questions and stat leaders for every game

Did the offense finally figure it out? Sure looks like it. The Giants moved the ball against a good Saints defense the entire afternoon and rallied in the fourth quarter. They finished with 485 total yards. Barkley made some big plays, including a 54-yard touchdown reception and the winning 6-yard touchdown run in overtime. Maybe most encouraging was rookie first-round pick Kadarius Toney becoming a big part of the offense. He had six catches for 78 yards. It also helped having a healthier Kenny Golladay, who had six catches for 116 yards. Things are looking up for the Giants’ offense heading into next week in Dallas. — Raanan

Raanan’s confidence rating (0-10): 4.4, up from 1.2. Don’t write the season off just yet. The Giants got a quality road win and should realistically have two or three wins already this season.
