Giants-Rams odds: Giants open as double-digit Week 6 underdogs

Giants will be huge underdogs vs. the Rams, and that is hard to argue with

The reeling, wounded New York Giants open the week as double-digit underdogs for a Week 6 home game against the Los Angeles rams. DraftKings Sportsbook is listing the Giants as 10.5-point underdogs for Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET game.

There is good reason for that.

The 1-4 Giants are coming off a brutal 44-20 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Right now, best guess is that running back Saquon Barkley (ankle), quarterback Daniel Jones (concussion) and wide receiver Kenny Golladay (knee) won’t be available for New York. Wide receivers Sterling Shepard and Darius Slayton have each missed two straight games with hamstring injuries. Their availability also has to be in question.

The Giants are also without starters Nick Gates, Shane Lemieux and Blake Martinez, all of whom are on IR.

The 4-1 Rams are coming off a 26-17 victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night. They will have had 10 days to rest and prepare for the Giants.
