Good morning, New York Giants fans!

Wayne Gallman just wants to do his job

Running back Wayne Gallman was inactive a week ago. That won’t happen against the San Francisco 49ers with Saquon Barkley out for the year. Gallman, in his fourth season, has another opportunity.

“I can’t tell you how excited I am,” Gallman said. “But my number one priority is just doing my job.”

Gallman said that is the approach the Giants have to take as a whole.

“It’s just going to take all of us going out there, doing what we need to do, just doing our job,” Gallman said. “As long as we do our job we really can’t ask for nothing else.”

“All individuals, except for active players in the bench area, are required to wear face coverings at all times on game day, including on the sidelines and in the coaches’booth,” the memo read in part, per Pelissero. It was also noted that “players who are not substituting into the game are strongly encouraged to wear masks on the sidelines, except for games played in stadiums with state or local regulations that make the wearing of masks mandatory.”
