The 0-2 New York Giants, reeling from a pair of difficult defeats and the crushing loss of star running Saquon Barkley, are 4-point underdogs in Draft Kings Sportsbook’s opening Week 3 NFL odds.
The Giants have lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Chicago Bears to open the season.
The 49ers are 1-1. San Francisco lost to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1, but defeated the New York Jets on Sunday, 31-13.
In an oddity, Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET game will be the 49ers second straight at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
The 49ers are also dealing with some major injuries. Star edge rusher Nick Bosa is likely lost for the season with a torn ACL. Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has a high ankle sprain and will likely be replaced against the Giants by Nick Mullens.
Stay with Big Blue View throughout the week as we get you ready for the game. Check out Niners Nation for the 49ers perspective.
