The New York Giants are one of the healthier teams in the NFL heading into their week two match-up against the Chicago Bears. The Giants have a relatively small injury report, with just four players appearing on it.
- WR Golden Tate (Hamstring) - Limited Practice
- LB Carter Coughlin (Hamstring) - Limited Practice
- DB Adrian Colbert (Quad) - Limited Practice
- LB Tae Crowder (Hamstring) - Full Practice
The presence of Golden Tate as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury is the most noticeable part of Thursday’s report. Tate first suffered the injury during practice back on August 31st and at the time was referred to as “day to day” by head coach Joe Judge with a “lower body” injury. He missed the season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football and remains limited in practice.
Defensive back Adrian Colbert is a new addition to the injury report, apparently limited with a quad injury after not appearing on Wednesday’s report. Linebacker Tae Crowder, meanwhile, seems to be making progress with his own hamstring issues and practiced fully for the second day in a row.
