Which Giants are healthy?

The New York Giants have released their final injury report in advance of taking on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football.

WR Golden Tate (Hamstring - Questionable)
TE Levine Toilolo (Hamstring - Questionable)
LB Tae Crowder (Hamstring - Questionable)

EDGE Markus Golden (illness) and DB Adrian Colbert (illness) both practiced fully.

The Giants obviously hope to have Golden Tate available so they can have their full compliment of weapons against the Steelers’ dangerous defense. Crowder, likewise, was receiving reps with the starters towards the end of camp, and the Giants obviously like his athleticism at the second level.

However, they will also have to bear in mind that they are starting out at a rest deficit as they have a short week heading into their Week 2 game against the Chicago Bears. Hamstring injuries can be tricky and it wouldn’t do for any of their players to suffer a setback in the first week of the season. But while they are looking ahead to a short rest next week, they do have an extra day to start the season, which might also play a role in determining which of their players will be inactive come game time.
