Along with adding cornerback Ross Cockrell, the New York Giants are apparently going to add a couple of undrafted free agents to their 80-man roster over the next few days.

Offensive tackle Jackson Dennis is expected to sign with the Giants after completing COVID-19 testing and passing a physical, perhaps as early as Tuesday, a source confirmed. Dennis, formerly of Holy Cross, is 6-foot-7, 308 pounds and was briefly with the Arizona Cardinals after going undrafted.

Others have indicated that former Michigan State wide receiver Cody White will join the Giants, also after going through COVID-19 testing and passing a physical.

Here is more on White from SB Nation’s Michigan State website, Only The Colors.

Both moves are at positions where the Giants had players opt out of the 2020 NFL season. At offensive tackle, Nate Solder opted out and Nate Wozniak retired. At wide receiver, Da’Mari Scott opted out.

We will find out corresponding moves during the week when these transactions are made official.
