The 2020 season promises to be a surreal one for New York Giants fans. Obviously there are the challenges we are all facing this year that have nothing to do with football. But also this will be the first time in 17 years that Eli Manning won’t be suiting up for training camp, pre-season, or for the regular season.
Just how weird will it be? The last time the Giants had a quarterback room without Eli Manning in it, Jason Garret was in the Giants’ quarterbacks room as a player.
Now the keys to the franchise are turned over to Daniel Jones. Jones will not only have to continue his development as a starting quarterback, but he will have to learn a new offense as well as navigate a wholly unconventional off-season.
The Chris and Joe Show will be going through the Giants’ various position groups as we get ready for 2020 Training Camp, and we have to start with the quarterbacks.
