As we roll toward the 2020 NFL Draft, we have been working toward developing our annual big board. The first step is scouting the various prospects and getting an idea of what they can and can’t do. The next step is deciding how the prospects stack up relative to each other in their position groups. To do that, InvictusXI, Nick Falato, Joe DeLeone and I (Chris) got together to find a consensus on the various position rankings.
Obviously we weighted our rankings toward how we think the New York Giants will — or should — view things in the upcoming draft. But also, we each have different backgrounds and have noticed different things in our film study and having the four voices coming to a consensus ultimately makes for a stronger ranking.
Today on the Chris and Joe Show, Nick joins us to as we talk about how we reached our consensus.
In This Podcast
- How deep is the wide receiver position group?
- Is the tight end group really that bad?
- Who were we each banging the table for?
- A game of “Higher or Lower” - We each give our opinion as to whether we are higher or lower on a prospect than the public perception.
