Big Blue View community mock draft: Your chance to play GM for all 32 teams

The Cincinnati Bengals are on the clock

We have entered April, which means NFL Draft month. Let’s have a little fun. Over the next couple of weeks, beginning right now, we are going to run a community mock draft.

Here’s how this will work. We are going to go from picks 1-36 (the New York Giants second-rounder). After that, my thinking is most will lose interest. There will be a poll with probably five possible selections for each pick. Chris Pflum will help me select the players to choose from at each spot in the draft.

There won’t be any trades. That’s just too hard to manage.

In general, the plan is for each poll to be live for four hours. A new post will then be added to the site announcing the pick and initiating a poll for the next selection. All posts will be placed in a StoryStream so you can easily follow along.

My hope is to get through the first three picks on Wednesday, so that we can open a longer window for voting on the Giants’ selection at No. 4. I would like, perhaps, to devote a whole day to that.

So, let’s get going. The Cincinnati Bengals are on the clock. Vote in the poll below.
