The NFL has set the salary cap for 2020 at $198.2 million, slightly lower than the projected $200 million.
The New York Giants have $76.955 million to spend under the cap, per numbers provided by Spotrac. That is the fifth-most of any NFL team.
With the ratification by players of the new Collective Bargaining Agreement, teams will only be allowed to use the franchise tag this offseason.
Here are the estimated tag values:

CB: $16.338M
DE: $17.788M
DT: $16.126M
LB: $15.829M
OL: $14.781M
P/K: $5.105M
QB: $26.824M
RB: $10.278M
S: $11.441M
TE: $10.607M
WR: $17.865M
That means the Giants, if they designated Leonard Williams as a defensive tackle, would spend $16.1 million to tag him. As a defensive end, that number is $17.78 million.
