It may feel as though we are slowly inching our way through the 2020 NFL off-season, but the run up to the 2020 NFL Draft is about to hit high gear. Next week the best prospects in the country will gather in Indianapolis Indiana for the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine. The Combine is an important step in the draft process as teams will run the prospects through exhaustive medical exams, interview them, and put them through their paces in the on-field workouts.

The New York Giants are trying to rebuild their team and get back to being competitive, and the combine is an important part of that process

Those of us on the outside aren’t privy to the prospects medical exams (nor should we be), or their interviews. We only get to see the on-field workouts, but there is still a lot we can learn from what we see on TV.

We decided to take this episode of The Chris and Joe Show to break down just what we are looking to see from each position on the field at the Combine.

In This Podcast

  • Talking about Chris’ recent mock draft

What drills matter for each position

  • Offensive Line
  • Running Back
  • Tight End
  • Wide Receiver
  • Quarterback
