Good morning, New York Giants fans!

Daniel Jones “going nowhere”

Zack Rosenblatt of NJ.com reported the Giants, despite Jones’ early-season struggles, are enamored with Jones:

“They love him. They’re pleased with Daniel there internally,” a league source familiar with the Giants thinking told NJ Advance Media, speaking on the condition of anonymity. “He’s not going anywhere.”

Former NFL quarterback and current ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky also opined Giants general manager Dave Gettleman will not draft a quarterback this spring:

“Dave Gettleman is not going to draft a quarterback early next year, I can promise you,” Orlovsky said, via Rosenblatt. “I don’t care if they have first pick, he ain’t taking a quarterback next year.”

Golden Tate demoted?

After being told to stay home on Wednesday, disgruntled wide receiver Golden Tate was back to practice on Wednesday. Photos from reporters who witnessed the early portion of practice, though, indicate that Tate may have spent his day working with the scout team rather than the starters.

Coach Joe Judge was clear on Wednesday that “selfish behavior” was not going to be part of his program.

“It has to be team first for everyone in this building. Every coach and every player has to be team first. There’s no exceptions for that,” Judge said. “I’m not going to tolerate and put up with any kind of selfish behavior from anybody, coach or player, it’s not going to happen.”

David Tyree saw things get 'weird' before losing Giants exec job

“I wouldn’t say it’s weird at all. Things got ‘weird’ a couple years ago when the culture shifted,” Tyree told The Post.

“That starts with Coach [Tom] Coughlin walking out the door. I think they are moving in the right direction … but they had some other goals as far as aligning the franchise. I certainly was blessed to have that opportunity, and I don’t take anything for granted, so I don’t feel like anybody owes me anything.”
