The (6-3) Arizona Cardinals travel to CenturyLink Field Thursday night to take on the (6-3) Seattle Seahawks. In the strong NFC West, the Cardinals, Seahawks, and Los Angeles Rams all sit at 6-3 heading into the week.
The Cardinals are coming off a thrilling Hail Mary win over the Buffalo Bills. DeAndre Hopkins caught the game-winning touchdown from QB Kyler Murray. Murray is the first player in the Super Bowl era to rush for a score in five straight games. He has 10 on the year, and he’s looking to shatter Cam Newton’s 2011 record of 14 rush TDs in a season.
Meanwhile, safety Budda Baker had 14 tackles and an interception in their Week 7 meeting with Seattle.
The Seahawks are a big question mark. The offense is fantastic. Only two NFL teams pass for more yards per game than the Seahawks, at 289. But the defense is the worst in the entire NFL in yards allowed. No team comes close to Seattle’s 350 pass yards against per game, a mind-boggling stat.
The big question is whether quarterback Russell Wilson and the offense can do enough to carry this team. For now, it’s anyone’s guess.
Here’s everything you need to know.
