The New York Giants have reportedly added another assistant to Joe Judge’s coaching staff as Field Yates of ESPN reports that Jerome Henderson will become the team’s defensive backs coach.
Henderson was defensive passing game coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons for the past four seasons. He was let go by Atlanta at the end of the 2019 season.
Henderson was Garrett’s defensive backs coach with the Dallas Cowboys from 2012-2015. Before that, he worked for the New York Jets from 2006-2008 and was defensive backs coach of the Cleveland Browns from 2009-2011.
Henderson played in the NFL from 1991-1998 with the New England Patriots (twice), Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles and New York Jets.
