Mike Sando of The Athletic [subscription only] spoke to a variety of NFL executives and coaches. The aggregated results of his survey found that they considered the Giants’ opening the best of the current coaching jobs available.

The Giants’ reputation as a stable organization with sterling ownership has taken a hit in recent years as the team has shuffled through head coaches, but they were still seen by some as the organization on this list with the fewest fatal flaws.

No, the Giants shouldn’t have any interest in drafting Tagavailoa. They should be rooting for him to enter the draft, though. Why? Because it might increase interest from quarterback-needy teams in the No. 4 overall pick the Giants own, giving the Giants trade-down options.
