Giants last 2 years of FA and what is needed for 2020

I think DG has done a decent job in the draft and not so much in FA. I believe the lack luster performance from this team was due to coaching . Shurmur was a terrible HC and other posts pointed out that he failed were ever he went . he might be good as OC or QB coach but not HC. we can argue back and forth over Barkley and Jones being drafted #2 and # 6 . Barkley ( without serious injury) is one of the top 5 backs in the NFL. Jones ,imho, is as good or better than Darnold . Is more in the mold of Bills Allen and was a good pick. Here is the Giants FA and draft last 2 years . There were other signings but this was the main ones .( FA can be so expensive Hayneworth 7 yrs. 100 mil, 41 mil guaranteed ) Do we go with a top stud @ 4 ? Or do we trade down ? Unless Young under performs at the combine , Burrows and Young will go 1&2 . That leaves 3&4 open for someone to trade up for a QB or Okaduh . Is Thomas that much better than , Wills , Wrifs , Becton , Jackson or Adams . Getting Adams and CeeDee Lamb or Juedy ? one of those WR would put us back to ODJ territory where teams would have to double team and open the field for Tate , Slayton and Engram . Or trade down for Becton and Adams , future LT and RT and save FA $ for D??? ? I know Chris 3035 thinks Thomas is the second coming of Jonathan Ogden , this is Chris’s thinking

"Ogden was an ideal player . He was asked to play left tackle , and then,Ravens GM , Ozzie Newsom, never had to worry about that positon for the next 12 years. That is what you call and ideal situation.Out of 12 yearsin the NFL, Ogden made 11 Pro Bowls and was All-Pro 9 times . "

So trade down ? DG did very well with 2019 picks . Sign Williams and the DL is very ,very solid . QB is solid , RB is very ,very solid. Thomas at 4 and RT at 36 ?? Thoughts.
