The Houston Texans are riding high after a wild comeback overtime game during the Wild Card round. Despite trailing to the Buffalo Bills at halftime, they earned a 22-19 victory. With defensive end J.J. Watt back and Deshaun Watson performing the way he is, the Texans can pull out another unexpected win.

Kansas City is well rested after their first round bye. Thanks to a Patriots loss in Week 17, they slid into the number two seed in the AFC. Former MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes may not have produced the same huge statistics he did a year ago, but he’s currently in full swing now that he and is teammates are healthy.

Seattle Seahawks (11-5) at Green Bay Packers (13-3)

The Seahawks also snuck by in a close game, only beating the injury-riddled Eagles 17-9. Seattle has dealt with their own injury issues, forcing them to re-sign Marshawn Lynch. Despite being depleted, having Russell Wilson keeps them in contention to advance to the NFC Championship game.

Green Bay had a major turnaround season, going from sitting on the couch in January to having a first round bye. First year head coach Matt LaFleur has reinvigorated the Packers into a contender. Offseason additions of Preston Smith and Za’Darius Smith have bolstered their defense.
