We have barely had time to digest the New York Giants 24-3 victory over the Washington Redskins on Sunday. Yet, the NFL clock moves quickly Week 5 preparations are underway. The Giants, looking for a third straight victory, will host the Minnesota Vikings. They open the week as 5-point underdogs.
The 2-2 Giants have won two straight since Daniel Jones entered the starting lineup, defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington Redskins. The Vikings, also 2-2, lost to the Chicago Bears 16-6 on Sunday.
The Vikings will bring one of the league’s best defenses (fifth in points and sixth in yards allowed) to MetLife Stadium. That will provide a big test for Daniel Jones and the Saquon Barkley-less Giants, who get Golden Tate back from his four-game PED suspension this week.
Keep it here all week. We haven’t finished reviewing the victory over the Redskins yet, so we will be giving you more on that as well as getting you ready for Sunday.
