We have talked a few times this week about how the brilliant game Daniel Jones had Sunday in the New York Giants’ 32-31 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers brought hope to a frustrated fan base.
I wrote about that after Sunday’s victory. Mark Schofield and I discussed it on the ‘Valentine’s Views’ podcast this week.
The results of this week’s FanPulse survey illustrated that fact.

The level of confidence Giants fans who voted in our survey have in the direction of the franchise leaped 49 percent, from a low of 17 percent a week ago all the way up to 66 percent after Jones’ debut.
The 1-2 Giants host thee 0-3 Washington Redskins this week with a chance to win a second straight game and get to .500 a quarter of the way through the season. That would likely boost confidence even higher.
