Now, this is something Eli Manning could never do. And a big part of the reason why Daniel Jones is the New York Giants starting quarterback and Manning is not.

This was a 7-yard run with 10:05 left in the second quarter than brought the Giants within four points, 14-10.
This 12-play, 75-yard drive featured Jones mobility.
He ran 11 yards for a first down on third-and-5. He escaped the pocket and hit Saquon Barkley for 19 yards to put the ball at the Tampa Bay 7-yard line.
So, yes, Daniel Jones has changed the Giants offense.
