NFL: Buffalo Bills at New York Giants Vincent Carchietta-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Giants lost their home opener on Sunday to the Buffalo Bills 28-14 and slipped to 0-2 for the third consecutive year. Once again we saw the Giants’ offense and defense both get off to hot starts early in the game, but quickly cool as the game progressed. This was not how the Giants intended to start their season and play in front of their home crowd, but were things all bad?

The Chris and Joe Show offers its views in the immediate aftermath of the game.

  • Thoughts on Saquon Barkley and the Giants’ running game
  • Has the Giants’ passing game improved?
  • Welcome back TJ Jones!
  • Were there any bright spots on the defense?
