Sterling Shepard is the choice here. I can’t really say I agree with that. My choice would probably be Markus Golden, trying to return to his 2016 12.5-sack form after two seasons really derailed by a knee injury.

Flaherty was Giants’ offensive line coach during Tom Coughlin’s entire tenure as head coach.
The decision was strictly football based, according to a league source. There was no off-field issue involving Flaherty.
According to NFL Network, Flaherty had struggled to implement the team’s new system and it had been an issue since the spring.

"Things change fast around here, it's definitely surprising, but you can't change as a player, and I won't. I can't," White said. "I don't have control of what my role is, but I can control how I prepare, how I work and how I do my job, whatever I can do to get on the field. And whenever I get on the field, that job is to produce."
