The New York Giants trail the Philadelphia Eagles 10-3 at halftime of Sundays season finale.
For the last time this season the Giants kicked off to open the game.
And unlike last week’s track-meet with Washington in which almost every drive ended in a touchdown, the two offenses got off to sluggish starts — or perhaps the two defenses got off to hot starts.
Neither of the two offenses were able to find much in the way of traction in a soggy, misty evening in MetLife stadium. The Eagles dominated the time of possession in the first half, but the continuing spate of injuries to their skill positions has taken its toll and Philly struggled capitalize on their drives into Giants’ territory.
The Giant will get the ball to start the second half after kicking to open the game. Use this as your open thread for the second half.
