Giants injury news, 12/26: Mike Remmers remains in concussion protocol

The Giants’ injury report remains lengthy as they get back to work

The New York Giants did not practice on Christmas day, but it was back to work on Thursday as they prepare for the last game of the year.

The Giants’ injury report from Thrusday’s practice before facing the Philadelphia Eagles is an extensive one.

The good news is that Lorenzo Carter (knee) and Alec Ogletree (Back) practiced in a limited basis after being listed as “Did Not Participate” in their estimated practice report for the practice that didn’t happen on Wednesday.

CB Corey Ballentine (back) and RT Mike Remmers (concussion), however, remained on the sideline for Thursday’s practice.

TE Rhett Ellison remains in the concussion protocol and only took part in the non-contact portion of practice.

Added to the injury report is rookie CB DeAndre Baker, who was listed as limited with a knee injury, and TE Scott Simonson who is listed as limited with a concussion.
