NFL: Miami Dolphins at New York Giants Vincent Carchietta-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Giants did what they were supposed to do on Sunday and got their third win of the season, and first win in over two months, by beating the Miami Dolphins 36-20.

It feels good here on the Chris and Joe Show to finally have a win to react to and break down. It wasn’t all good for the Giants, but for once they didn’t play down to a bad team and the Giants were the one pulling away in the fourth quarter.

So without further ado, let’s dive in.

On this show

  • Why it matters that the Giants beat a bad team.
  • The offense finally got moving.
  • The offensive line kept Manning clean and opened holes in the run game.
  • The defense needs to clean up its tackling.
  • Ryan Fitzpatrick’s Fitzmagic in the first half
