Making Odell happy with the contract he has earned. It's no mystery that star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. covets a new contract, one that makes him among the highest-paid -- if not the highest-paid -- receivers in league history. His production is extraordinary, with career averages of 6.6 catches and 94.1 yards per game. He's returning from an ankle injury, and the conversation around him has extended beyond the field, as his maturity has come into question at times. But the Giants have made it clear they want to keep him around, and he's a transcendent talent. A new deal is essential.

Jerry reworked his contract this offseason and lost his starting job. The Giants now have Patrick Omameh and second-round pick Will Hernandez entrenched as their starters. Even veteran John Greco appeared to be ahead of Jerry on the depth chart this spring. Jerry's place on the roster is in jeopardy.
