Ranaan’s tweet that “there will also be some reshuffling on the scouting staff” is something Big Blue View was told months ago to expect after the 2018 NFL Draft.
One thing to expect is that Mark Koncz, hired by GM Dave Gettleman as a personnel consultant prior to the draft, could become Giants pro personnel boss. He was pro scouting director with the Carolina Panthers from 2010-17, and was promoted by Gettleman, then GM with Carolina, to director of player personnel.
