New Jersey is poised to become the first state to take advantage of the landmark Supreme Court decision striking down the federal sports betting. That makes sense since it was a New Jersey lawsuit that led to the monumental ruling.

In all honesty, I’m not a bettor. I rarely have ever even put down $2 on a pony, and don’t ask me to explain what a Quinella is. I don’t plunk down money on football games, either.

Thing is, the New York Giants play in New Jersey. I know many of our readers are there and, really, no matter where you are I know many of you will want to take advantage of this newfound gambling freedom.

I have been offered an opportunity to have Sportshande.com Editor-in-Chief Brett Smiley answer some questions. Quite honestly, though, I’m not sure what to ask.

So, I’m turning to you guys. If you have a question about how this is going to work or when it might come to wherever you live, drop it in the comments. I will try to get the best ones answered.
