The New York Giants are still looking for “their guy” with the No. 2 pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. Giants head coach Pat Shurmur, along with scout Chris Mara, assistant GM Kevin Abrams and offensive coordinator Mike Shula, reportedly attended the USC Pro Day Wednesday in southern California. USC quarterback Sam Darnold was the main attraction.
Tuesday, Shurmur attended a workout at UCLA by Josh Rosen. Friday, quarterback Josh Allen will have all eyes on him at the Wyoming Pro Day. It is undermined whether Shurmur will be at that Pro Day. The Giants have also met with Baker Mayfield.
The Giants have a plethora of options with the No. 2 pick, which has Shurmur and his coaching staff doing their due diligence to find “their guy” for that pick.
Sam Darnold just said on @nflnetwork that he met with Browns and Giants yesterday.— Art Stapleton (@art_stapleton) March 21, 2018
"I'm trying to impress them, but at the same time, be myself."
We are now 36 days away from the NFL Draft, so Big Blue fans, what should the Giants do with their No. 2 pick?

Quarterback pro days are always heavily scripted, but there isn't much scripting for the elements. #USC QB Sam Darnold has looked great in the rain so far today.— Dane Brugler (@dpbrugler) March 21, 2018
