Giants-Colts final injury report: Odell Beckham out again

Alec Ogletree, Spencer Pulley, Russell Shepard all out

NFL: New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Giants will be without star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. for a third straight week when they face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. Beckham (quad) is one of four Giants who has been ruled out for Sunday.

The others are linebacker Alec Ogletree (concussion), wide receiver Russell Shepard (ankle) and starting center Spencer Pulley (quad). Defensive lineman Kerry Wynn (thumb) is questionable.

The 5-9 Giants face an uphill battle in Indianapolis against a Colts team that is 8-6, has won seven of eight and is fighting for a playoff spot.

Without Beckham two weeks ago, the Giants defeated the Washington Redskins 40-16. Last week, they were shut out 23-0 by the Tennessee Titans.

“We didn’t have Odell the week before and we performed very well, so it had nothing to do with that. It had to do with the players on the field and the way we coached the game,” coach Pat Shurmur said. “So we have to do a better job. I have to do a better job of putting them in better positions, and we need to execute better.”
