The Los Angeles Rams and San Fransisco 49ers kick off Week 3 of the 2017 NFL season on Thursday Night Football. The Rams will be heading to Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara to take on the 49ers at 8:25 p.m. EST.

The Rams come into tonights game with a 1-1 record, after falling to the Washington Redskins in Week 2, 27-20. Second-year quarterback Jared Goff has looked good so far for L.A., posting a 103.1 quarterback rating this season. He has also completed 66 percent of his passes for 525 yards and two touchdowns.

Goff will have his work cut out for him as the 49ers defense is only allowing 18.0 points per game this season, good for 11th in the NFL. Brian Hoyer will get the start at quarterback for San Fransisco. He comes into tonight’s game with a quarterback rating of 60.7 with zero touchdown passes and two interceptions. In order for the 49ers to have a chance to win this game, Hoyer will have to step up.

The Rams come into tonight’s game as two-point favorites.
