It’s only seven seconds, and no one should try to determine how healthy he is or is not from it, but a short video of Odell Beckham Jr. dancing in the New York Giants’ locker room is the first we have seen of Beckham since he suffered an ankle injury against the Cleveland Browns.
Beckham isn’t wearing a walking boot or protective wrap of any kind on the ankle, and he appears to move both feet in and out without difficulty.
The Giants have remained tight-lipped about Beckham since his injury. He hasn’t practiced, and has stayed away from the field both during practices and last week’s preseason game against the New York Jets.
Asked about Beckham every time he speaks to the media, coach Ben McAdoo’s standard refrain is that Beckham “has an ankle” and that “he’s getting some treatment.”
Whether Beckham will play Week 1 against the Dallas Cowboys is unknown.
